Day 18 - Warsaw, Poland:
I made it to Warsaw. Unfortunately the weather was really rainy when I got here. I went for dinner with some people from my next tour after getting settled. I had delicious potato and cheese pierogi. Now we're talking my kind of food!
After dinner some of us walked back from Old Town - where we were - to our hotel since it cleared up. I got an understanding of where everything was so I can get an early start tomorrow and explore! Then I found a grocery store to load up on water, and of course, my favourite beer, Zywiec!
I then met up with two of the guys from my tour, one being the leader, for a pre-going out beer in their room. The tour guide, Andy, had a local friend of his over as well who was going to show them around. He was hilarious. His cure for everything = vodka with some pepper. I decided not to go out with them though so I can be up early to see the sights! The polish guy did invite us over for his house warming tomorrow night, however, so we'll see how that goes.
